Partners, Teams and the Crossfit Community

One of the best aspects of Crossfit in general, and our Relentless Bootcamps specifically, is the community and friendships that are forged during the classes. When people don't make it to class, the others are concerned about their well-being. As athletes finish parts of the workout, they encourage the others that are still going. Some of the exercises couldn't be completed without a partner. An especially difficult exercise, like pistols, is so much easier with a partner. Frequently, strength is there, but balance is the challenge. Or a fun one, like partner situps, as the Spiceworks crew does here!

There are also many studies that indicate that a supportive peer group is one of the strongest indicators of achieving success with an exercise program. Even if those friends are far away, daily emails of encouragement, or even a wake up call, can be very helpful.
Another great group is the Crossfit Central Games team. The sport of Crossfit is a daily battle and constantly on the minds of the competitors; encouraging each other towards constant improvement. All members of the team are relentless in their pursuit of excellence and helping others to achieve that same high level. Thank you to all the teammates.
So,  keeping up with your friends, team and peers will help everyone reach their goals!
