Kettlebell Mile

For years, people in the social running community have been running the 'beer mile', where a runner chugs a beer every quarter mile for an entire mile. This can be a very entertaining activity to watch. A Crossfit version of this is the 'kettlebell mile'. In this version, a crossfitter will complete 4 four hundred meter laps, with a different kettlebell carry each lap. First lap with the overhead carry, second with the front rack carry, third with the farmer's carry, and the final lap without the kettlebell. What do you replace the beer with? Burpees! after each lap, knock out 10 burpees, or other fun exercise of choice. Today's were burpees, Turkish situps, pushups, and regular situps. This is certainly challenging, but a lot of fun and an accomplishment anyone can be proud of.
